QUESTIONS
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. All of our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for commercial operations. We also perform pre-flight risk assessments and ensure full compliance with local airspace regulations.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Texas and primarily serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex — but we also travel for larger or recurring projects. Have a job outside our area? Let’s talk.
Can you work with my team on-site?
Absolutely. We often collaborate with real estate agents, builders, inspectors, and creative teams on-site to ensure we capture exactly what’s needed — while staying out of the way of your workflow.
Do you offer ground-level photography or interior media as well?
Definitely. While drones are our specialty, we also provide ground-level photography, interior video tours, lifestyle shots, and even self-portrait media sessions. We aim to be your full-service content partner, especially for real estate and hospitality clients.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of work — factors like location, flight duration, deliverables, and complexity. Contact us directly or fill out a form to receive a custom quote tailored to your project’s needs.
How long does it take to receive the final media?
You’ll receive your edited visuals or data files within 1–3 business days. Need faster turnaround? Rush delivery options are available.
What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
Safety is our priority. If conditions aren't flyable (high winds, rain, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. We monitor weather forecasts leading up to your mission and communicate proactively.
Can you help with property listings or short-term rental marketing?
Yes — we specialize in high-converting visuals for Airbnb, Vrbo, and short-term rentals. From aerial shots to interior walkthroughs, our content is designed to grab attention and increase bookings. We even offer bundle packages with editing and branded deliverables.
How soon can I schedule a shoot?
We typically require 24-72 hours' notice, depending on the location and type of service. For high-priority or last-minute projects, we do our best to accommodate expedited scheduling.
What kind of deliverables do I get
Depending on your project, we provide high-resolution images, cinematic 4K video, drone maps, 3D models, or annotated inspection reports. We also include custom branding or visual edits when needed.
Can I book recurring or monthly services?
Yes — in fact, many of our clients are on monthly or seasonal plans. Whether you manage multiple properties or track construction over time, we can build a package that fits your cadence and budget
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. For cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot, we offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, and same-day cancellations are non-refundable due to the preparation and coordination involved. Custom projects with pre-paid expenses may follow a separate agreement.
